We are looking for Ergonomic Consultants Nationwide:

Principal ErgonomistSenior Ergonomist

Principal Ergonomist:  PT, OT, PTA, OTA, ATC, Occupational Health, CPE, in the
DC, Atlanta, NYC, Boston and Ohio’s metro area

Minimum/General Experience:
8-10 Years Related Experience or combined with Academic

Minimum Education:
Advanced degree masters, doctoral or PhD preferred

Functional Responsibility:
The Principal Ergonomist possesses relevant experience in managing ergonomic projects, including client relations, ergonomic teams, and can manages individuals on both in-house and consultant based teams. They possess excellent analytical, written, verbal and social skills needed to conduct and train in risk factor identification, abatement methods and assimilate findings with industry standards. Ideal candidates will have backgrounds in Ergonomics, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Human Factors, Psychology, Environmental Health & Safety, Nursing, Disability accommodation or other related field.  This individual will help develop and build an ergonomics program, conduct audits, deliver reports, train employees, manage ergonomics teams and serve as a liaison between a corporate client and the ergonomics team.  Ability to work within Xcel, Word, and PowerPoint software required.

 Senior Ergonomist:  PT, OT, PTA, OTA, ATC, Occupational Health, CPE, in the

6-8 Years Related Experience or combined with Academic

Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s Degree but master’s degree preferred

Functional Responsibility:
The Senior Ergonomist possesses relevant experience in managing ergonomic projects and teams of ergonomists. They work hand in hand with client points of contact to help run projects smoothly. They have excellent analytical, written, verbal and social skills needed to conduct and train in risk factor identification, abatement methods and assimilate findings within industry standards. Ideal candidates will have backgrounds in Ergonomics, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Human Factors, Psychology, Environmental Health & Safety, Nursing, Disability accommodation or other related field.  Senior ergonomists will be able to mentor and supervise junior ergonomists and can serve as leads/project managers to large scale projects or as point persons to tasks as designated by Principal ergonomists. They may be tasked with the development of custom training programs, internet support systems, equipment standards in addition to ergonomic assessments & risk evaluations. Ability to work within Xcel, Word, and PowerPoint software required.
